A better life has always been Kobe's dream since he was a child. When he discovered a broken lute one day, he finally took it as a sign to leave the family den and go exploring. When he was a kid, he dreamed of seeing the big towns and cities, but they didn't like lone kobolds wandering around. So he started working for a traveling show until he earned enough money to live on his own. As he traded up his lute for a guitar, he played a couple of taverns where he met other kobolds seeking the same kind of adventure.

In the afternoon sun, Ren's ruby scales glistened as he strung his guitar with calloused fingers. As a child in the mining town of Gembrok, he explored the winding tunnels and dreamed of escaping the underground world. A mischievous glint in his blue eyes brought him into taverns where he sang soulful melodies for coins. Among his ambitions? It is his plan to form a band and tour the realms, performing his music for as many people as possible.

From the moment he hatched, Tav dreamed of being a dragon or even just a Dragonborn or two feet taller. His true passion was music. While others in his clan discussed schemes, he wrote songs or read bardic tales. It was his dream to become a bard, but his clan laughed at him and called him a fool for believing a kobold could be a good bard. His best chance would be to be a sidekick in a circus. As he grew up, he kept his dream alive, and when he had some coins to support himself, he set off for one of the towns. He also picked up some other fine skills, so he bought himself an instrument and started playing outside the tavern one night, where a couple of other kobolds decided to invite him to join them.
